FinDeVigner (FDV) 是一个致力于帮助网站开发人员和网站设计人员更好地进行对话的平台。
通常，在站点的开发过程中，开发人员 (Developer) 和设计人员 (Designer) 处在矛盾的风口浪尖上，他们之间即是无间的合作关系，又是激烈的对立面，在这长期无法弥合的裂隙中，诞生了一些同时具备开发者与设计者质素的人才，ta 们被称为 devigner，虽然在项目的承载能力上个体的 devigner 无法和团队相比，但是却有更强的独立完成项目的能力和更个性化的思考，同时，由于沟通环节的简化，使得客户共识更易达成，越来越多的具备设计天资的开发者和拥有程序员风骨的设计师正在加入到这个自我挑战的阵营中来。
FinDeVigner 既为 devigner 提供这样的交流平台，也为开发者或设计者提供头脑聚集场，更旨在为人才与第三方的项目发包、猎头、公司人力资源之间构建通渠。
FinDeVigner (FDV) is a platform built for improving the communication between web developer and designer, setup conversational pipeline among those groups of people.
Generally, developer and designer like natural enemies in the projects, having seamless coorporation while bearing opposition. So born the devigner, a group of talents who bear the specific abilities and characteristics of both developer and designer, arise from the unchained conflict.
Although, devigner as an individual doesn’t have comparability to group teamworking on work load, but they indeed are advanced in working independently and personal thinking, easy to achieve consensus with clients due to the simplicity of procedure, after this point, more and more design-gifted developers and developer-style designers are taking their stands.
FinDeVigner not only provide devigners a place to communicate each other, but also open a grandhall for great mind of developers and designers, moreover, it connects the talented minds with outsourcing 3rd party, headhunter and company HR.
